Email Broadcast Tool
While we’re always happy to conceive and broadcast an email marketing programme our core business does not revolve around delivering campaigns – rather it’s about giving you, the customer, the tools you need to deliver your own campaigns.
Email marketing is no exception and from our point of view our HTML Broadcast tool puts control of campaigns, allowing you to design and send great looking emails of your own. We’ll work with you to design a template, give you training, and you’re set to go. You create the mail and the content, and then we’ll send it for you to your list and provide full reporting.
Direct communication with your target prospects
You can use your own ‘from name’ and email address so the mail always looks like it comes from you. You can also select your own subject and which address any replies get forwarded to. Our ‘editor’ allows you to see the mail as you build it and you can add your own text and images to your template and change the order in which items appear.
Once you’re happy with your mail you can send yourself a test version to check it, send it immediately or schedule delivery as you choose – you can build campaigns months or weeks in advance.
We provide a range of simple reports to let you check out the numbers that matter:
- How many recipients opened
- How many clicked link
- How many unsubscribed
- ‘Opens over time’ profile
