Heathrow Express needed an intranet that really worked for all their 400 staff, especially considering many of them work on the trains and would therefore be logging on at home. To ensure widespread take-up, we created a brand that the employees not only felt comfortable with, but that they instinctively knew how to use. We called this HOME. Through HOME staff can find everything they need. News updates, documents, blogs and forums, it’s all there. Which is why everyone keeps coming back to HOME.
